Terms of Service
Last updated July 28, 2026
1. The agreement
These terms govern your use of LiveHQ("the Service"), operated from the United States. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you are agreeing for that company.
2. What the Service is
LiveHQ provides branded event portals, attendee routing by ticket tier, and attendance tracking that can synchronise with your customer relationship management tools. The Service does not host video. Live rooms are provided by your own Zoom account and streams by your own YouTube channel, and their terms and capacity limits apply to those services.
3. Your account and your team
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
- Team members you invite act under your account. Revoke access for anyone who leaves.
- You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
4. Your content and your attendees
You retain all rights to your content, branding and attendee data. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service: hosting your portal pages, processing registrations, and syncing data to integrations you connect. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process your attendees' information, including any consent your jurisdiction requires, and for the content of your events.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent events, and no infringing content.
- No attempts to probe, overload or disrupt the Service or other customers.
- No reselling of the Service without our written agreement.
- No spam. Email you send through connected tools must comply with applicable law.
6. Plans, billing and metering
Paid plans bill monthly in advance. Usage is metered in unique attendees per calendar month: one person who joins a room or stream, counted once per month regardless of how many sessions they attend. Attendees beyond your plan's allowance bill at the published overage rate. We do not block your attendees for exceeding an allowance. Counts reset on the first of each month. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Service changes and availability
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes. We are not responsible for outages of Zoom, YouTube, GoHighLevel or other connected services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the console at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
